The areas included here are:  Normative Ethics & Moral Psychology; Metaethics; Political Philosophy; Applied Ethics; Philosophy of Law; Philosophy of Art.  As with the other amalgamated rankings, remember that this measure favors large departments which can cover more areas, and that it also does not discriminate between the relative importance and prestige of the sub-fields.  The number in parentheses is the mean score across all the area included within theory of value.
