Zhou Lian teaches at Ren Min University of China School of Philosophy. He holds a B.A.(1996) and MA(1999) in philosophy from PeKing University, and a Ph.D. from Chinese University of Hong Kong (2005), Before earning his Ph.D., he worked as a reporter in BeiJing for several years. His area of specialization is Political Philosophy, but he is also interested in epistemology, philosophy of language and ethics. He has written articles, essays, and reviews on a variety of subjects for a variety of publications.
