Background of Education:
1983-1987     Department of Philosophy of Xiang’tan University of     Hunan Province, awarded ‘excellent student’ many times by the university, and gained various fellowships in competitions, got Bachelor of Arts in July 1987
1987-1990 Department of Philosophy of Renmin university of China in Beijing, published articles and wrote books with my tutor, got Master of Arts in July 1990
1990-now   Teaching in Renmin University of China, awarded ‘excellent teacher’ many times, got fellowships of outstanding teaching in 1996, and graded deputy-professor in June 1997
1993-1996   got Ph.D. of Philosophy in Renmin University of China
1998-2000   As a researcher in University of Tokyo in Japan, I wrote my paper ‘Ethics in Modern Japanese Corporations’ after joining symposium, visiting companies and discussing with scholars.
Subject of Research:
Thoughts of Oriental Ethics, Comparative Study of Chinese and Japanese Ethics, Business Ethics, Ethics of Public Administration, Civil Virtues and so on.
